Scouting is about finding as much interesting players as possible - and knowing as much as possible about them. Therefore, it is important to spend a lot of time on evaluating players, In reality, that's not always how it works.
Time ‘lost’
In scouting teams at clubs, it is unavoidable that quite a lot of time is ‘lost’. Or in other words, spent on things other than evaluating players.
Scouts have to travel, attend meetings, and do several other things that – for logical reasons – is required from them when working for the club.
Efficiency
One of the biggest advantages of working with 360 Scouting, is that about 95% of our time is actually assigned to scouting.
Obviously, we need time to stay up-to-date with the requirements of the club, and do short briefings for the scouts. But besides that, they are very focused on evaluating many players.
