Personal data we process
360 Scouting B.V. processes your data when you use our services and/or because you provide this data to us yourself.
Data we collect:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Country of residence
- Other personal information necessary for our online courses and application procedures
- Other information as far as (i) required by law, or (ii) where authorized, or (iii) voluntarily provided
We do not process special categories of personal data or sensitive personal data.
Purposes of data processing
We process your data for the following purposes:
- Providing access to our online courses
- Managing applications and recruitment procedures
- Sending our electronic newsletter
Website analytics and cookie policy
We have a privacy-first approach with website analytics:
- Plausible Analytics: We use this privacy-friendly service that uses no cookies, collects only anonymous data (page views, countries, device types), and stores no IP addresses or personal information.
- YouTube embeds: Our blog may contain YouTube videos embedded in privacy-enhanced mode, which only activate cookies when you play a video.
This approach lets you browse our site without concerns about tracking or data collection, that is why we don’t use a cookie consent banner.
Retention periods
We maintain the following retention periods for your data:
- Course participation data: 24 months after completion of the last course
- Application data: 24 months after closing the application process
- Newsletter data: Until you unsubscribe from our newsletter
- Contact form data: 24 months after last contact
- Analytical data: Maximum of 24 months in aggregated form
We will not retain your data longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, in compliance with legal retention periods.
Sharing personal data with third parties
We never sell your personal data to third parties. We only share data when necessary to provide our services, improve our website, or comply with legal obligations. When necessary, we protect data transferred outside the European Economic Area using EU model contracts, certified partners, or countries with adequate protection levels.
Data security and breach handling
360 Scouting takes appropriate security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections, access controls, and regular security updates. If you have concerns about data security or become aware of a possible data breach, please contact us at info@360scouting.com. We handle such reports immediately and take necessary measures to minimize impact. As law requires, we report serious data breaches to the Dutch Data Protection Authority and affected individuals.
Transfers of undertaking
If our company is sold or transferred, 360 Scouting may transfer personal data to the new owner, who must keep using this data according to this Privacy Statement.
Your privacy rights
