At 360 Scouting, finding a job as a football scout does not depend on connections. A professional football background is not a requirement either. Our application process thoroughly tests your skills and knowledge. Only the top ~1% of applicants join our team.

How does it work? 

The next application round will open on Tuesday, 30th July 2024. If you wish to participate, please send an email to with the subject line “First assessment” and the following text: “I’d like to receive the first assessment on 30 July 2024.” No cover letter, CV, or sample reports are required.

If you email us as instructed, you will receive your initial assessment and all necessary instructions on July 30, 2024.
