Become a football scout

Apply to join our remote scouting team and help discover tomorrow's football stars. Passion required, experience optional.

Do you believe you really understand the game, and have an eye for talent? And is it hard to get into professional clubs because of a lack of experience or network? In this application process, we don't look at cv's or motivational letters, but simply test the actual skills needed as a scout.

What are we looking for?

We focus on three key qualities in our scouts:

You should have a deep passion for football and a sharp analytical mindset. You must understand the game at a granular level and be able to assess what happens on the pitch accurately.

You must convey your findings clearly and effectively in written English. Whether preparing a detailed report for a head coach or providing verbal feedback, your ability to articulate what you’ve observed and why it matters is essential.

Reliability is key, but we also value a positive attitude. You should be trustworthy and enjoyable to work with.
