We offer two courses for ambitious scouts: Video Scouting Essentials, which covers the fundamental concepts of video scouting in a self-paced online format, and Video Scouting Pro, our advanced scouting course.

We open applications every few months. Please check our job listing for remote video scouts and sign up for our newsletter to ensure you won’t miss any application round.

No, we do not require experience. We value the quality of assessments over experience and provide training for new team members to develop their scouting skills.

Completing one of our courses is not required to join our team of scouts; we seek out and evaluate the best applicants. However, participating in our courses can enhance your skills as a scout, which may ultimately help you become part of the top 1%.
