360 Scouting was founded in 2021 by Marco van der Heide, a former professional player from the Netherlands. After spending 10+ years in football scouting and analyzing players and teams using Wyscout, he observed that clubs are very ineffective in recruiting the best possible scouts.  To help clubs with this issue, he has developed a smart way to test thousands of scouts each year and select the best ones to assign to professional clubs.

In 2024, Danny Post, a former professional football player, and Peter Minkjan, a marketing strategist and entrepreneur, joined the company. Today, our scouting team operates remotely across three continents, with scouts who are carefully selected and represent the top 1% of over 3.000 applicants. We assist football clubs across the world with our innovative scouting solutions.
