Experience

Short bio
Football scout and analyst focused on talent identification and player evaluation, with a strong analytical and tactical approach to the game. I hold PFSA Level 2 qualifications in Talent Identification, Technical Scouting, Performance Analysis and Opposition Analysis, alongside an AFTA B Licence in coaching. My particular interests include player development, tactical fit and identifying transferable characteristics across different playing contexts.

Scouting experience
I have been working as a freelance scout and analyst for CSE Players, supporting player recruitment and individual player development. My work includes identifying and evaluating potential talents for clubs and agents, analysing players across different positions, profiles and markets, and producing individual performance reports. I also provide individual player consultancy, using match analysis and key performance observations to identify strengths, development areas and potential opportunities. Alongside my professional work, I have developed my scouting expertise through structured assignments and independent player analysis, covering Talent Identification, Technical Scouting, Performance Analysis and Opposition Analysis. My approach combines detailed observation with tactical understanding, aiming to provide clear and actionable assessments that can support recruitment and player development decisions.

What makes you stand out?
I combine scouting expertise with a coaching-oriented understanding of the game. My PFSA qualifications across Talent Identification, Technical Scouting, Performance Analysis and Opposition Analysis, together with my AFTA B Licence, allow me to approach player evaluation from multiple perspectives. I place particular importance on understanding the context behind a player's actions, identifying transferable characteristics and communicating observations clearly. My goal is to turn detailed analysis into practical insights that can support recruitment, player development and tactical decision-making.
