Experience

Short bio
26-year-old aspiring scout from Ireland.

Scouting experience
With a longstanding passion for football and identifying player talent, I decided last year to explore how I could structure my thoughts and observations in a more professional context. Since then, I have undertaken the Essentials and Pro courses with 360 Scouting and became a member of the Academy in April 2026. In doing so, I have developed my ability to critically analyse within a structured framework, producing screening, in-depth and comparison reports at various stages of the scouting process. I recently finished in the Top 5 of the first quarterly scouting competition within the Academy, an achievement which I am proud of as I continue my development.

Qualities

Preferred positions to scout
Goalkeeper, Centre Back, Defensive Midfielder, Central Midfielder, Attacking Midfielder, Striker, Centre Forward

Preferred leagues and regions
Primary focus on Ireland (Premier and First Division) but with a close eye on the UK and Nordic regions too.

What makes you stand out?
I believe that my background in media gives me a strong foundation to produce structured and detailed written reports with the ability to adapt to specific constraints and formats. Having an education in visual media also means I am comfortable working with and editing raw match footage to enhance my work. Despite this, I know that I still have lots to learn and am passionate about continuing to develop and grow.
