What makes you stand out?
What makes me stand out as a scout is the combination of hands-on academy experience, player development knowledge, and an analytical mindset. Through my work with the Valencia CF Academy network and the Elite Development Program, I have had the opportunity to work closely with youth players, coaches, tournaments, camps and international football environments. This has helped me develop an understanding of what to look for beyond a player's current performance — including their potential, decision-making, mentality and ability to develop. I am also actively developing my skills in video scouting and football analytics, allowing me to combine the eye test with a more structured and objective approach to player identification.
