Here, you’ll find some of the main services we provide to clubs. They are always tailored towards the specific needs of every club.
Player evaluations
Clubs usually have big longlists of players, who are flagged by data or offered by agents. We create extra manpower to follow up on all of these players. It increases the number and speed of evaluated players, and enables (senior) scouts to waste less time on unsuitable players.
League scouting
By testing thousands of scouts each year, we find high-quality scouts in almost all regions in the world. They possess specific regional knowledge that can be really helpful for clubs who want to expand to uncovered markets and add local insights.
Scout placement
If you want to add a scout to your internal scouting team, we can recommend excellent scouts who fit the scout profile (age, language, location, etc.) that you communicate. We test so many scouts so extensively that in general, we are able to recommend better scouts than clubs can identify themselves.

Our story
360 Scouting was founded by Marco van der Heide, a former professional player from the Netherlands. After spending 10+ years in football scouting and analyzing players and teams, he observed that some clubs are very ineffective in recruiting the best possible scouts. To help clubs with this issue, he developed a smart way to test thousands of scouts each year and recommend the best ones at professional clubs.

Yes, we do, but they are tailored to each specific club. Therefore, we prefer to create a customized sample of our work specifically for your club. Once you reach out to us, we can discuss a way to showcase the quality of our reports based on your requirements.
We can cover every league worldwide as long as video footage is available to analyze. Regarding live scouting, we can cover areas close to where are scouts are currently located. Get in touch to learn more about where that is.
We have developed an effective method for testing thousands of scouts each year to identify the best (top 0.5%) candidates for professional clubs.
Clubs often require candidates to have prior experience, but it can be challenging to gain that experience without an opportunity to showcase one’s abilities. As a solution, we select scouts based solely on the quality of their assessments. To ensure fairness, our entire evaluation process is conducted anonymously.
We hold an application process every few months. Once selected, we train our scouts to enhance their skills and help them become even better.
We use Wyscout for video scouting. For reporting, we usually report directly into the database of the club. Our scouts then only have the permission to see their own reports. We adapt to your setup, not the other way around.
We understand the importance of confidentiality when working with clubs. To protect sensitive information, we implement strict measures:
- Separate teams: our scouts operate within designated teams, eliminating potential conflicts of interest.
- Access control in software: when reporting directly in the club’s database, the scouts only get permission to see their own reports.
- Ownership: your club fully owns player evaluations and scouting reports, protecting your intellectual property.
- Non-disclosure compliance: we sign an NDA with the club, and the scouts sign an NDA with us, to make sure no information is shared at any moment.
