Football video scout with practical, international experience across youth and first team scouting. I specialise in talent identification through systematic video analysis, positional profiling and structured reporting, with working knowledge of 10+ European markets. I currently work as a volunteer youth video scout for Empoli FC's Academy, while also carrying out my own independent scouting projects.

Scouting experience
I currently work as a volunteer youth video scout for Empoli FC's Academy, helping to identify and evaluate high potential talents across ten European markets: the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Slovenia, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Croatia and Sweden. My focus is systematic video analysis of U17 to U21 prospects and the building of a structured database that the technical staff can use directly. Alongside the Academy, I carry out my own independent scouting: I follow international youth tournaments and track an individual first team player entirely on my own initiative, applying the same structured evaluation method I use for the club. I have also gained some earlier experience in first team shortlist filtering and opposition analysis.

At 20, I am at the very start of my career, and I treat that as an advantage: I want to work alongside people more competent and more experienced than me, learn from them, and improve every single day. I am not afraid of being the youngest in the room or of putting in more hours than anyone else.
