You’ll perform three scouting tasks that are very similar to the tasks that scouts at professional clubs face: full-match analysis, player screening and final stage scouting.

Three practical assignments
Simulated assignments that mirror professional scouting tasks
Assignment 1: Full match analysis
Based on three matches assigned to you, you’ll create reports on ~8 of the most noticeable players per match. You will learn the best tools to recognize, rate, and describe the players with the highest current level and potential.
Assignment 2: Player screening
You’ll receive a list of ten players who were flagged by data and offered by player agents. Based on evaluating individual clips of the players, you’ll decide which players should be either crossed out or followed up in the process.
Assignment 3: Final stage scouting
In the final stages of the scouting process, clubs have to make decisions which players to make a move for. In this assignment, by creating in-depth evaluations about four players, you’ll provide your recommendations to the (hypothetical) sporting director on who to bring in.

For almost ten years, he has worked for professional clubs, individually or through 360 Scouting. At AZ Alkmaar, he reported to current Liverpool head coach Arne Slot as their opposition analyst.
